The History of Invention
This site features inventions such as the telephone, the light bulb, the hot dog, the electric guitar, pottery, plywood, the swimming pool, and penicillin.
It is very easy to use. At the bottom of the page you scroll through a panel of inventions which works like a timeline. The inventions
appear in the order they were invented. Click on the invention you want to learn about and the information then appears on the top part of the page. The text is
written in an easy to read format. This site is great because it has pictures and detailed information. It is recommended for second grade and
up.
